Palimpshed

In my edition of the Palimpshed, a “slowly developing palimpsest evolved by artists who reference and leave traces of one another's work” (Terese Mulin) I reimagine a quilt painted by Abbey Bennet into Alberta’s rolling prairies dotted with farms, towns and cities. Another exploration into my interest in the similarities and differences between urban and rural spaces, and a love letter to my travels throughout Alberta that defined my post-secondary experience. Special thanks to Gabriella Fyfe for their assistance. Visit Instagram for process and close-up photos.
